Cairo-Mubasher: The shareholders meeting of Northern Upper Egypt Development and Agricultural Production(NUDAP) rejected to allow the company's chairman, assigned members and general managers to participate as partners in other companies.

The firm's net losses narrowed 42% to EGP 341 million in the first half of 2015, compared with EGP 587 million for the same period of the previous year.  

NUDAP suffered losses of EGP 248,200 in 2014, against net profits of EGP 2.5 million for the previous year.
