Cairo-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt registered a decrease of 18.9% to EGP 120.6 million in net profits for the first half of 2015, down from EGP 148.7 million for the same period of the previous year.

Meanwhile, the lender’snet interest income  rose to EGP 442.5 million in H1, compared with EGP 275.2 million for the comparable period in the previous year.

The bank, a subsidiary of UAE’s ADIB, saw net profits of EGP 233.4 million in 2014, up 212% from EGP74.8 million for 2013.
