Riyadh-Mubasher: Electrical Industries Co. (EIC) said its ordinary general meeting held on 6 September voted on the nominated board members for the next three-year term starting from 10 September 2015 until 9 September 2018.

The board members are Adnan Al-Muhaisin, Mahmoud Al-Tokhi, Talal Al-Zamil, Faisal Al-Quraishi, Youssef Al-Quraishi, Fahad Al-Tuwaijri, Ibrahim Al-Hamoudi and Badr Suwailem.

The company posted a 55% drop in net profit for the second quarter of 2015 to SAR 19.9 million, down from SAR 44.6 million reported in the same period a year earlier.
