Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange (KBE Co.) will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Wednesday to review the board’s proposal of withdrawing from the Kuwait Stock Exchange.

KBE Co, which is not listed in another bourse, issued a filing saying that the one family, which holds almost 81% of the company, expressed interest in delisting form the Kuwaiti bourse, lead the board earlier to put forward this recommendation.  

The EGM was scheduled for 6 August, but was postponed due to lack of quorum.
