Kuwait-Mubasher: Real Estate Trade Centers (Marakez) agreed on increasing the paid-up capital by 16.45% or KWD 1.9 million to KWD 13.45 million from KWD 11.55 million, during the extraordinary general meeting held on Monday, as rescheduled.
The raise will be offered with a par value of 100 fils per share, without premium issue.
Marakez noted that the stock price will be modified after completing the required procedures of capital increase.
