Riyadh-Mubasher: Wataniya Insurance submitted its capital increase application to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) on Wednesday, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board earlier proposed increasing capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 100 million.
The move aims to boost the company’s solvency margin and its future businesses.
