Riyadh-Mubasher: Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. said Mueen Recruitment Co. has obtained the final operating license from the ministry of labor, according to a bourse statement posted on Tuesday.

Al Othaim earlier announced its participation in establishing Mueen, a Saudi closed joint stock company.

The license is valid for 10 Hijri years from the issuance date on 23/12/1436H, the statement added.

Mueen is expected to start its commercial operations by the beginning of 2016.

Al Othaim expects the financial impact to appear as of the second quarter of 2016.
