Dubai-Mubasher:  Emaar Properties launched the second phase of Maple townhouses in first ‘green city’ Dubai Hills Estate, according to the company’s statement.

Sales for the townhouses will be launched on 24 October 2015 in Dubai and Muscat. In Dubai, sales are being held at the Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai; and in Muscat, at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton hotel.

The 2,700 acre Dubai Hills Estate’s link to the Dubai Metro expansion as well as its easy access from Sheikh Zayed Road makes it a sought after development in Dubai today.

 “Maple 2 townhouses are the first of their kind in the city with the focus on green living,” said Emaar managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi.

The second phase offers 666 townhouses ranging from 2,200 to 2,700 sq ft with starting price of AED 1.99 million for a 3-bedroom townhouse.
