Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt- South Africa for Communication (Egysacom) announced that Sharif Salah El Deen, chairman has cut his stake to 29.63%.

Salah El Deen has sold 1,465,098 shares for EGP 1.9 million.

Egysacom is capitalized at EGP 6.4 million, distributed across 31.95 million shares at EGP 0.20 par value each.
