Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai’s property developer Emaar Properties, in cooperation with Hamptons International, launched Dubai Opera in Downtown Dubai’s Opera District, according to a statement.

Emaar Middle East, the Saudi subsidiary of Emaar Properties, also opened ‘Emaar Residences,’ its third residential project in Jeddah Gate.
