Mubasher: Morocco's Minister of Economy and Finance Mohamed Boussaid called upon the officials of Société Anonyme Marocaine de l'Industrie de Raffinage (SAMIR) to increase capital by MAD 10 billion, according to the state's news agency.
The company operates with MAD 1.1 billion in capital, divided into 11,800 shares at a par value of MAD 100 each.
