Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-listed Ajman Bank’s board meeting will be held on 20 January to discuss the financial results for the fiscal year 2015 and setting the date for the annual general meeting, according to a bourse filing.
The board will also discuss the presentation by the executive management regarding proposal for increase of the bank’s capital.
