Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) said that its board will meet on 27 January to discuss a proposal to establish a medium term notes program to be presented to the shareholders, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The board will also discuss the financial results for the fiscal year 2014/15, as well as setting the date of the ordinary general meeting.
