Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said it received a disclosure request from Cairo Oils and Soap regards the company’s intention to list its post capital –increase shares.

The company raised it issued capital by EGP 120 million to EGP 200 million.

The capital increase of EGP 120 million is distributed across 24 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.

Last November, the company announced that the second phase of its right issue was covered by 46.5 times, through subscription to 669,897 stocks representing 99.4%.
