Mubasher: Al Eqbal Investment Co. posted earnings of JOD 31.2 million (nearly $43.9 million) for 2015, rising 18.23% compared with JOD 26.4 million ($37.1 million) a year earlier.

Accordingly, the company's profits exceeded its capital reaching JOD 25 million for the third straight year.

Earnings for the nine-month period of 2015 leapt 45.9% year-on-year from JOD 17 million to JOD 24.8 million.
