Doha – Mubasher: Islamic Holding Group said on Sunday it set 16 February for its ordinary general meeting, which will discuss the board’s proposal to distribute 15% cash dividends or QAR 1.5 a share.

The OGM will also discuss electing new board members for the next three years, the company’s balance sheet and the profit and loss account for 2015

The company’s share rose 4.7% to QAR 57 in today’s early trading, with a trading volume of 45,000 shares exchanged at QAR 2.5 million after 71 trades were concluded.
