Mubasher: The board of National Pharmaceutical Industries recommended distributing 2015 cash dividends at 10% of capital.

The board earlier proposed the distribution of cash dividends at 16% of capital for FY14.

In today’s meeting, the board approved the company’s financial statements for the period ended 31 December, 2015. It also accepted the resignation of two board members.

An ordinary general meeting is scheduled to convene on 24 February to look into the dividend proposal.
