Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Eshraq Properties said that its board took a decision by circulation to approve the resignation of Jamal Hamad Alsaghyir from his post as a managing director, while remaining his position as a board member.

The board decided to appoint Suleiman Mohammed Aldhalaan as a managing director in the board and Abdullah Saleh Almahimidi as the company’s general manager.

Eshraq’s stock declined 1.67% to AED 0.60 after generating AED 60.5 million from exchanging 98.16 million shares.
