Riyadh-Mubasher: Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Co. has signed a one-year agency agreement with Waad Insurance Agency Co., the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Waad will accordingly promote and sell the Saudi insurer’s corporate and retail products in the kingdom, in line with the relevant regulations of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA).

The deal will have a positive impact on Trade Union’s sales as of the first quarter of 2016.

The Tadawul-listed company had signed two agency agreements on 18 October 2015.
