Mubasher: Majan Glass Company invited on Tuesday its shareholders to attend the annual ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 20 March to resolve on the financial results and cash dividends for 2015.

The OGM should also look into the auditor’s report and adopt the balance sheet and the profit and loss account for the fiscal year 2015.

Majan earlier reported net losses of OMR 1.61 million in 2015, versus a net profit of OMR 65,020 in 2014.

 The company’s board recommended cash dividends at 10% of the capital or 10 baisas per share payout for the fiscal year 2015, totalling OMR 420,230.
