Mubasher: SMN Power Holding Company set 31 March for its ordinary general meeting (OGM), according to a bourse filing released on Thursday.

The OGM will discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends at 22% or 22 Baisas per share for the fiscal year 2015.

Shareholders will also look into paying quarterly cash dividends at 19% of the capital, 19 Baisas per share, to be distributed on 15 November.

SMN Power’s profits rose 4.6% in 2015 to OMR 9.02 million ($23.43 million) from OMR 8.62 million ($22.39 million) in 2014.

The company’s OGM earlier approved cash dividends at 22% of the capital or 22 Baisas per share for the first six months of 2015.
