Oman Oil Marketing will hold an ordinary general meeting on 28 March to discuss the recommended dividends for the fiscal year 2015, the company said in a bourse statement.

The board has proposed a 60% cash dividend of the capital or 60 baisa per share, with an overall amount of OMR 6.13 million ($15.92 million).

During FY15, the Omani firm achieved OMR 12.21 million ($31.71 million) profits, 8.9% higher from OMR 11.21 million ($29.12 million) in FY14.
