Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Shareholders of Al Ain Al Ahlia Insurance gave the go-ahead to the distribution of 20% dividends or AED 2 per share for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
Total dividends amount to AED 30 million ($8.17 million).
Shareholders approved the board’s report on the company’s activity for 2015, in addition to the profit and loss statement.
