Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Arab Ceramics approved the proposed cash dividends for 2015.

Earlier, the board recommended paying out 2015 dividends at EGP0.05 a share, totaling EGP6.25 million.

The ordinary meeting also approved 2015 financial statements, balance sheet, the board’s report, and auditor’s report.

In 2015, the company’s annual profits shrank 55.6% year-over-year to EGP28.27 million from EGP63.78 million.
