Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Bahrain Flour Mills agreed on the board’s proposal of distributing 20% cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse statement.

Bahrain Flour Mills will pay 20 fils per share to shareholders, with an overall value of nearly BHD 496,511 ($1.648 million).

The company’s stock will start trading ex-dividend on Wednesday.
