Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company shareholders will convene an ordinary general meeting on 26 April to vote on withholding dividends for the fiscal year 2015.

They will also discuss financial statements and the board’s report for the same FY.

The board of directors earlier proposed the dividend freeze with the aim of boosting the company’s financial position and future growth.

FY15 net profit amounted to SAR 136.5 million, down 68.75% year-on-year from SAR 436.9 million.
