Doha – Mubasher: Mannai Corp QSC convened an ordinary meeting on Wednesday, during which shareholders nodded to the board’s proposal to pay cash dividends for 2015 at 50% of capital, or QAR 5 per share.

Shareholders also ratified the balance sheet and profit/loss statement for the same FY.

Thus, FY15 dividend payout will reach QAR 228 million, which is below the 60% dividend payout effected for 2014.

The company’s FY15 net profits slightly rose by 1.2% to QAR 532.8 million, from QAR 526.4 million.
