Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Samad Misr decided to freeze 2015 cash dividend distribution.

The ordinary meeting approved 2015 balance sheet, final statements, and the reports of the board and auditor.  

In 2014, shareholders agreed on withholding cash dividend distribution.

In 2015, the company logged EGP4.82 million in losses ($633.64), compared to EGP945.67 losses ($124.26) in 2014.
