Mubasher: Bank Dhofar’s shareholders approved yesterday the distribution of cash dividends at 15% of issued capital (15 baisa per share) and 1-for 10 bonus shares (10% of capital) for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.

The bank earlier distributed cash dividends at 5% and bonus shares at 15% of capital for the fiscal year 2014.

The Muscat-listed bank is capitalised at OMR 154.47 million ($401.22 million) distributed across 1.54 million shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.1 ($0.26) each.

The bank’s profit rose 15.6% in 2015 to OMR 46.77 million ($121.480 million) from OMR 40.45 million ($105.06 million) in 2014.
