Cairo – Mubasher: The fair value of Universal for Paper and Packaging Material (Unipack) is ranging from EGP6.95 to EGP8.42, said Osoul Arabia Financial Consultants and Securities.

The independent financial advisor computed this range by analyzing Unipack’s discounted cash flow.

Earlier, the board of Unipack hired Osoul Arabia Financial Consultants and Securities as an independent financial advisor to study the buy offer submitted by Pioneers Holding.  

Earlier, Pioneers made a mandatory tender offer to the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority for purchasing 66.8% or 5.35 million shares of Unipack.
