Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Properties’ shareholders will discuss on Monday dividends proposed by its board at 15% of capital for 2015, according to a bourse filing.

Fifteen fils per share will be paid as dividends, totalling AED 1.074 billion ($292.39 million).

The shareholders will also review, during their ordinary general meeting (OGM), the company’s balance sheet, and profit and loss statement for 2015.

The OGM will be postponed to 25 April if the quorum is not reached.
