Mubasher: Al Omaniya Financial Services posted an annual rise of 2.1% in its first profits of 2016 to OMR 1.43 million ($3.71 million), according to a bourse statement.

Profits reached OMR 1.4 million ($3.63 million) in the first quarter of 2015.

Total revenues stood at OMR 4.94 million ($12.83 million) in Q1-16, a growth of 8.1% from OMR 4.57 million ($11.87 million).

Meanwhile, total expenses of the Muscat-listed firm went up 11.1% to OMR 3.31 million ($8.59 million) from OMR 2.98 million ($7.74 million).
