Doha-Mubasher: Doha Bank posted a 15.7% decline in profits for the first quarter in 2016 to QAR 354.1 million ($97.2 million) as compared to QAR 420.2 million ($115.3 million) in the same period of 2015.

Earnings per share reached QAR 1.37 for the period ended 31 March, 2016 as compared to QAR 1.63 for the same period in 2015.

On the stock market, Doha Bank rose by 0.82% after about 158,200 shares were exchanged with a value of around QAR 5.81 million.
