Mubasher: Dhofar Insurance Company announced on Monday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 26 May to discuss amendments to the company’s statute.
Shareholders will look into a proposal to amend the second paragraph of article No (30) in the statute to increase the number of board members from five to seven.
