Cairo – Mubasher: Genial Tours’ board of directors approved increasing the company’s issued capital to EGP 4.74 million from EGP 3 million.

The top-up will be carried out through 0.58-for-1 bonus share distribution at a total of EGP 1.74 million financed from earnings registered in FY15 financial statements.

The company operates with EGP 3 million, distributed over three million shares.

In 2015, the company earned EGP 1.17 million, 8.6% higher year-over-year from EGP 1.08 million.
