Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Maidan Dental Clinic’s profits rose in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015/16 by 35.8% year-on-year.

Net profit reached KWD 364,270 ($1.2 million) in Q4-15/16, versus KWD 268,270 ($885,700) in Q4-14/15, according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday.

The growth in earnings was attributed to the rise in operating profit by 9% and the fall in financing costs by 36%.

The company earlier posted a net profit of KWD 3.44 million for the fiscal year ended on 31 March 2016, 12.1% up from KWD 3.07 million in the previous year.
