Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The Al Dhafra Insurance Company’ shareholders gave the go-ahead to raise the citizen ownership ratio from 80% to 85% of the capital, according to a bourse statement.

On the other hand, the foreign ownership ratio was decreased from 20% to 15%.

The shareholders, during their ordinary general meeting (OGM), also approved amendments to the articles and memorandum of association to comply with the new commercial companies law.
