Mubasher: Salalah Port Services reported a slide of 16.5% in its earnings for the second quarter of 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company earned OMR 1.11 million ($2.87 million) compared with OMR 1.33 million ($3.44 million) for the year ago period.

In the first six months, the company’s profits grew 0.75% year-over-year to OMR 2.68 million from OMR 2.66 million.

In the first quarter of 2016, the company gained OMR 1.57 million, higher 18% from OMR 1.33 million registered in the first quarter of 2015
