Mubasher: Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (Jopetrol) recorded a growth of 26% in profits of the second quarter of 2016 compared with the same period of 2015.

Earnings grew to JOD 9.62 million ($13.5 million) in Q2-16 from JOD 7.63 million ($10.7 million in Q2-15, according to a bourse statement.

Jopetrol’s profits in the first half this year reached JOD 17.16 million, 5.44% higher from JOD 16.27 million in H1-15.
