Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) signed a service contract with Medscan Terminal Company LLC on Tuesday for transportation and logistics services.

The contract is valid for one year starting from 2 August. It includes services of transportation and warehousing, according to a bourse filing.

“The value of this contract cannot be determined at this time because it is based on future transactions. There [are no] preferential terms in this contract,” the statement said.

The financial impact of the contract will appear in the third quarter of 2016.

The shareholders meeting held on 20 April approved SACO's acquisition of Medscan Terminal Company.
