Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Company (SVCP) signed an agreement with the Arabian Company for Water Pipe Industry Ltd. (Acwa Pipe) to extend the period of the on-going acquisition contract for 60 more days ending on 6 October.
In April, SVCP inked a contract to buy entire stake in Acwa Pipe, so that the stake transfer will take place within 120 days from the date of signing, according to a bourse filing.
