Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Methaq Takaful Insurance Company posted on Thursday net losses of AED 1.4 million ($381,000) for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2016, against a net profit of AED 2.08 million ($566,000) for Q2-15.

Net profit for the first half of fiscal 2016 reached AED 388,300, compared to AED 330,600 for H1-15, according to a bourse filing.

Methaq earlier reported a net profit of AED 1.78 million for Q1-16, versus net losses of AED 1.75 million for Q1-15.
