Mubasher: Bahrain National Holding Co. (BNH) on Sunday reported an 8% increase in its net profits for the second quarter of 2016.

The company's profits reached BHD 671,000 ($1.78 million) in Q2-16 from BHD 621,000 ($1.65 million) in Q2-15, according to a bourse filing.

Regarding the six month-period of 2016, the company recorded BHD 2.09 million profits from BHD 2.25 million in the year-ago period.
