Cairo – Mubasher: International Agricultural Products earned EGP 592,500 during the fiscal year 2015/16, higher 22.5% from EGP 483,500 a year earlier, according to a bourse filing.

The ordinary general meeting is invited to convene on 24 September to look into the board's report and to elect a new three-year board.

The company plans to retain its cash dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2015/16, the bourse statement revealed.
