Mubasher: Majan College’s unaudited financial statements showed a year-on-year fall of 4.48% in the company’s profits for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ended on 31 August 2016.

Net profit after tax reached OMR 515,030 ($1.33 million) in FY15/16, compared to OMR 539,190 ($1.39 million) for FY14/15.

Total profit for FY15/16 amounted to OMR 1.95 million, 6.9% down from OMR 2.09 million for FY14/15.

The company earlier posted a net profit of OMR 31 million in Q3-15/16, rising 21.55% y-o-y.
