Mubasher: Al Fajar Al Alamia Company’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 5% dividends for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2016, according to a bourse statement.

Approved dividends stand at 5 baisas per share, totalling OMR 246,650.

The shareholders also gave the go-ahead for the transfer of OMR 40,000 from the annual net profits for the period ended 30 June 2016 to the special reserve.
