Cairo - Mubasher: The expected date to issue 20% of Arabian Rocks Plastic Industries on the Nile Stock Exchange (Nilex) is within a months, Bassem Beshara, the managing director of EgyTrend Financial Consultant told Mubasher.

EgyTrend has set the fair value of the company’s stock at EGP 0.3 per share, added Beshara.

Arabian Rocks Plastic Industries aims at increasing its capital in the future, to finance its expansion, however this increase has not been identified due to the constant changes in exchange rates.

The company’s paid capital equals EGP 20 million, distributed among 100 million shares with a nominal value of EGP 0.2 per share.
