Cairo – Mubasher: Atlas for Land Reclamation and Agricultural Processing said its board of directors gave a nod to raising its issued capital by EGP800,000.

The company noted that, following its capital hike, the capital of its subsidiary – Atlas for Investments and Real Estate Development would also increase from EGP 200,000 to EGP 1 million.

Atlas for Investments and Real Estate Development is 99.99% owned by Atlas for Land Reclamation.
