Mubasher: The unaudited financial statements revealed that National Insurance Company (NIC) turned to profits in the third quarter of 2016.

The company’s profits reached $1.4 million in Q3-16 versus $323,810 losses in the same period of the previous year, according to a bourse filing.

NIC’s profits surged 377.01% to $3.71 million in the nine-month period of 2016 from $778,330 in the year-ago period.
