Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Hollandi Bank announced on Thursday the change of its corporate identity to be 'Alawwal Bank' instead of 'Saudi Hollandi Bank', according to a bourse filing.

This comes after the general assembly meeting held on 31 Ocober, which resulted in authorizing the board of directors to select a new corporate identity for Saudi Hollandi Bank and its subsidiaries and take the necessary procedures in respect of this change with the concerned authorities.

The Bank will launch its new corporate identity on 27 November 2016 through its branches across Saudi Arabia and all of its electronic banking channels, according to the bank’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The new identity of the Bank will be implemented on all of the Bank's internal and external systems within a period of 3 months.
